Extended Christmas Returns Policy – 2025

We know the festive season can be a busy time, so to make things a little easier, we’re extending our returns policy.

Any items purchased between 16th October 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until Saturday, 24th January 2026 giving you plenty of time for those change-of-mind moments.

🎄 Christmas & New Year Opening Times

Our warehouse will be closed from 24th December and will reopen on 2nd January.

  • Orders placed on or after 24th December will be processed when we reopen on 2nd January.
  • Deliveries will resume from 2nd January onwards.

  • Please allow a few extra days for dispatch and delivery due to the seasonal backlog.

If you need your order before Christmas, please place it in good time to avoid delays.
