Q. What size should I order?
We recommend choosing your usual size. If you have wide feet, a high instep, or plan to wear thick socks, you may want to size up.
Q. I'm a half size (e.g., 7.5 UK). Should I size up or down?
If you are a half size, we recommend going up to the next full size. For example, if you are a 7.5 UK, choose an 8 UK.
Q. Are the wellingtons waterproof?
Yes! All Rockfish wellington boots and rain boots are fully waterproof to the very top, including the Groundhog style.
Q. I plan to wear my wellies in cold conditions. Which style is best?

Q. What’s the difference between the Groundhog and the Walkabout?
- Walkabout: Features hiking technology in the midsole and outsole for maximum comfort during long walks.

Q. How easy is it to return or exchange my order?

Q. I’m not sure if your boots will fit my calf width.

Q. I have wide feet. Will your boots fit me?
Our boots and shoes are a standard width. If you have wide feet or a high instep, you may want to size up. You can view full measurements on each product page. Still unsure? Email us at hello@rockfishwellies.com
Q. I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
Please email us at hello@rockfishwellies.com and provide photographs if your item has defects or faults and we’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Q. I’ve been notified of a refund but the payment hasn’t arrived?
Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 1–10 days to appear in your account. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please contact us at hello@rockfishwellies.com
Q. Can I try Rockfish wellies on in a store?
We do not currently have physical ROCKFISH stores in the UK. We also offer free and easy UK returns if you would like to try them for size from our website.
